Megan Steckley

Megan Steckly is a global executive and strategist with more than 20 years of experience working across private and nonprofit sectors in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Her career spans technology, education, arts, luxury, and consumer products, with a consistent focus on building scalable, values-driven enterprises at the intersection of innovation and impact.

She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of a $62 million national organization in the United States, where she led a decade of rapid growth, transforming a $230,000 operation into a nationally recognized platform through strategic expansion, brand development, and diversified revenue models. Her leadership experience includes overseeing complex multi-market operations, executive team development, cultivating high-level partnerships, and launching new product and service lines.
