Based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, Uny plays a significant role in shaping the province's and the city's vibrant innovation scene, overseeing national and provincial standardization initiatives, and driving the assetization of intellectual property.
Uny's expertise lies at the intersection of advanced technology and IP frameworks. He is a recognized authority in IP, Data, and AI, having served as a main organizer for the first-ever nation-wide Data Intellectual Property Competition and an expert evaluator for the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Awards. He holds 10 US patents, and authored publications on the financialization of patents. His deep technical acumen is matched by a robust international network, including partnerships with U.S. law firms and academic institutions in various countries.
