Dubai has been ranked as the world's number one destination for greenfield foreign direct investment (FDI) in the cultural and creative industries for 2025 — its fourth consecutive year holding the top spot.  

Dubai has placed second globally in the Boston Consulting Group's inaugural Intelligent Cities Index (ICI) 2026. It also ranked first worldwide for AI adoption, ahead of every other city in the study.
